ON THE MENU TODAY IS: Popcorn chicken, mashed potatoes/gravy, vegetable, fruit, milk OR salad bar (Turkey and Swiss Sandwiches)
We have the following substitute teachers in the building today:
Miss Erskine is in for Ms. Penfold.
Mrs. Evans will be in for Mrs. Johnson in the afternoon.

VFW has a pasty sale Thursday, March 11th. Call 524-6246 to place your order.
MTU Community Programs – Spring 2010 Session 2 March – April. Registration information is on the counter in the office. Registration begins on March 9th.
STAFF: If you have any pictures that you would like considered for the yearbook, please get them to me by Friday, March 12th.
If you have any pictures of your class/activities, please save them to the S drive so Marianne Wickstrom can retrieve them for the yearbook. There is a file titled PTO 2009. Please place photos in appropriate file. Thanks.

MARCH IS READING MONTH:
Thursday, March 11th - 50’s Dress Up Day!
Friday, March 12th – D.E.A.R. Time - Pop a top and read! (Bring your favorite bottle of juice or pop)
There will be a used book sale during the fourth week of March to celebrate “March is Reading Month”. All books will be .25 and the proceeds will go to support activities. This is a great chance to pick up some books!
If you would be willing to donate any gently used books it would be greatly appreciated. Please send all books to school by March 22nd. All books accepted – board books, picture books, chapter books, etc.
CASUAL SPRING PICTURES: Spring pictures will be taken on Tuesday, April 13th.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TODAY: Christopher Turpeinen (Miss DuPuis’ class).
